We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion

4. Pricing, Payment & Fees

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
Prices may change without notice
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout

Credit Card Processing Fees (High-Value Orders)

For orders exceeding $10,000, refunds to a credit card may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6% to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

Customers may avoid this fee by paying via bank wire or approved alternative payment methods, where applicable.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are not final until accepted and processed
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Inventory discrepancies
- Suspected fraud

If canceled after payment, a refund will be issued in accordance with these Terms.

6. Custom & Special Orders (Final Sale)

Any item that is:
- Custom-made
- Modified
- Built-to-order
- Made to specific specifications

is considered a final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Customized jewelry
Special sizing or alterations
Items produced upon order placement

7. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery

All shipments are sent via fully insured carriers
High-value shipments may require:
- Adult signature
- Delivery confirmation and identity verification

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers upon carrier-confirmed delivery, including signature or delivery scan.

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are insured while in transit
Once marked delivered, insurance coverage ends

Claims for loss or damage must comply with carrier policies and timelines.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed strictly by our Return Policy.

Failure to follow return procedures—including use of our insured shipping methods—may result in denial of refund.

9. Product Condition, Wear & Maintenance

Fine jewelry is subject to normal wear. The following are not defects:

Loosening of prongs over time
Scratches or metal wear
Damage due to impact or misuse

Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.

10. Repairs & Third-Party Work

Any repair or modification performed by a third party:

Voids any implied service expectations
Releases us from responsibility for future issues related to the item

11. Fraud Prevention & Verification

We reserve the right to:

Request government-issued ID
Require additional verification for high-value transactions
Cancel orders that fail verification

We may use fraud detection tools, IP tracking, and transaction monitoring.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

Contact us first to resolve any issue
Follow all stated policies

We actively dispute illegitimate chargebacks and may submit:

Proof of delivery and signature confirmation
Transaction and IP data
Evidence of policy acceptance at checkout

Abuse of chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of service.

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
