Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within the 30-day period (not just requested)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Must include all original packaging
  • Must include any certificates or documentation (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Refund Method

  • Approved returns are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment
  • Refunds are processed after inspection upon receipt

Shipping & Insurance Fees

Due to the high-value nature of fine jewelry and the requirement for full insurance coverage:

  • Original shipping fee: $50 (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping fee: $50 (deducted from refund or charged prior to label issuance)

These fees cover:

  • Fully insured shipping
  • Secure handling and tracking

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact our team to request a return authorization
  2. We will provide a fully insured return label
  3. Securely package the item and ship using the provided label

Important Notes

  • Items returned without authorization may not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for items shipped without using our insured label
  • Custom or modified items may be final sale (if applicable, this will be disclosed prior to purchase)

Inspection & Processing

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival
  • Refunds are issued once the item passes inspection
  • Processing time typically ranges 3–5 business days after receipt
